STEVE JOBS Trailer

Steve Jobs

Let’s get this out of the way: Steve Jobs was a great salesman. That is the only positive out of a sea of negatives. This man should not be emulated and as far as I can tell, this trailer agrees. Abrasive, bullheaded, callous, dictatorial and egotistical are only some of the many adjectives available to describe this Jobs. One scene has a women claiming to be the mother of his child, cutting to Jobs vehemently denying the child as his daughter despite the resemblance. There is another scene in which a stampede scenario is discussed with various shots of audience members falling under Jobs’ charm. He even goes so far as to say “If a fire causes a stampede to the unmarked exits, it’ll have been well worth it for those who survive.” The only thing left to say about this trailer is that … it looks really good!

Steve Jobs is directed by the masterful Danny Boyle. It stars the talented Michael Fassbender and Kate Winslet. You can expect it in U.S. theaters October 9th 2015 and in the U.K. November 13th 2015. For the international list of release dates, click here.
