Veteran actress Maria Enders (Juliette Binoche) receives the opportunity to perform in the revival of the play that made her famous. Instead of assuming her original role as Sigrid, she is forced to play the older Helena. Sigrid is to be played by Jo-Ann Ellis (Chloë Grace Moretz), a Hollywood starlet who is no stranger to scandal. Along with her assistant Valentine (Kristen Stewart), Maria meets Ellis in a remote region of the Alps called Sils Maria. It is here that Ms. Enders discovers that this young charming woman is, in essence, a reflection of herself. A reflection that slowly causes Maria to lose her grip on sanity and mirror her role more than she is willing to accept.
Clouds of Sils Maria is directed by Olivier Assayas and stars the incredible Juliette Binoche and growing talent Chloë Grace Moretz. You can expect this film to come to U.S theaters (limited release) April 10th 2015 and to U.K theaters May 15th 2015. For a full list of release dates, click here.
