EVIL DEAD RISE Trailer
The book of the dead is back and corrupting more souls in a new chapter: Evil Dead Rise.
Two sisters must battle evil (played by Alyssa Sutherland and Lily Sullivan) and protect their family in this bloody addition to the popular Evil Dead franchise.
This one takes us out of the woods and into the city. It’s also centered around family versus friends and couples. I’ll be interested to see how this one fares and what the Necronomicon will unleash this time around. From the trailer, it looks like it leans more heavily toward horror than comedy, with plenty of gruesome scenes.
Evil Dead Rise is written and directed by Lee Cronin and stars Alyssa Sutherland, Lily Sullivan, and Morgan Davies. It will be released in theaters in the US on April 21st, 2023. For international release dates click here.
